Niceville returns to No. 1 spot after routine win over Navarre
The Florida High School Athletic Association instituted a new playoff format this season with the aim of fielding a more competitive postseason and state tournament.

Niceville returns to the No. 1 spot in the statewide Top 10. The Eagles’ 4-1 win over Navarre on Jan. 14, a contest where Niceville conceded first, was not factored into the latest FHSAA rankings.
Niceville (15-0-1) is one of six unbeaten teams in the statewide Top 10.
