St. Johns Creekside traveled to Ponte Vedra on Tuesday night in a matchup of two Northeast Florida teams that won district championships in 2020.

Creekside midfielder Aldin Tahirovic scored twice to help the Knights (2-0) win. His second was a penalty kick in the 78th minute.

Ponte Vedra’s Ben Shapiro equalized in the 65th minute. But the Sharks (1-1) could not find a second goal.
