The USWNT kicked off the SheBelieves Cup with a 2-0 win over Canada on Thursday night.

Mallory Swanson scored a brace to give her 30 international goals and 27 assists in 85 international appearances.

The USWNT is seeking to win the SheBelieves Cup for the fourth straight year. Then again, the last time the program didn’t win the title, in 2019, things had a way of ironing themselves out.

We were on the touchline at Exploria Stadium to capture the USWNT’s first stateside match of 2023.
